    Overview

What Meal Preparation looks like with us

Shopping and cooking are often the first things to slip, and skipped meals show up quickly as weight loss and low energy. A caregiver plans the week's meals with you, does the grocery shopping, and cooks in your own kitchen at the times you normally eat. Restrictions — diabetic, low-sodium, soft or pureed textures, renal, cultural, or religious — are built into the plan, and where a physician or dietitian has set a nutrition plan, we follow it.
